Transportation FAQs

What areas do you deliver to?

We provide delivery service throughout Ohio and neighboring states including Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Most locations within 300 miles of Columbus can be serviced. Contact us for locations outside this area.

What is the typical lead time for delivery?

Standard delivery is typically scheduled within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. Same-day or next-day delivery is often available for additional charges. Large or specialty orders may require more lead time.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

For deliveries within 50 miles of Columbus, the minimum is typically $500 or one pallet. For longer distances, we generally require a half-truckload minimum to make delivery cost-effective. LTL options may be available for smaller orders.

Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery is available for orders meeting minimum thresholds within our local service area (typically 50 miles). Volume orders and regular route customers often qualify for free or discounted delivery regardless of distance.

Can you deliver after hours or on weekends?

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling including early morning, late afternoon, and weekend deliveries. After-hours and weekend deliveries may incur additional charges. Let us know your needs when scheduling.

What happens if I do not have a loading dock?

No problem! We have trucks with lift gates that can deliver to ground level. You will need a pallet jack to move materials once on the ground. Let us know about access when ordering so we dispatch the right equipment.

Do you charge for pickup?

Pickup for material purchases is typically free for orders meeting minimum quantities. For recycling and material sales, pickup may be free, fee-based, or you may receive payment depending on material type and quantity.

Can you coordinate multiple pickup locations?

Yes, we can consolidate pickups from multiple locations on a single route. This is especially economical for companies with several facilities. Contact us to discuss multi-location logistics.
